Work closely with operations to draft, edit and polish key operational communications. These may include system alerts, custodial statement messages, policy or procedural changes as well as targeted communications. Work closely with key stakeholders to implement comprehensive communications strategies, plans, timelines and materials related to key initiatives, collaborating closely with business leaders and subject-matter experts in cross-functional teams to meet goals and deadlines. Ensure messaging meets the needs of intended audiences through positioning, appropriate use of business acumen, level of detail and delivery methods. Develop various forms of communications such as news and informational articles, job aids, quick reference guides, client correspondence, presentations and other content. Manage parallel requests in an organized fashion ensuring timely completion of each phase of the process. Perform activities involved in the preparation of communications, such as participation in team meetings, conferences and events, interviewing subject matter experts, and conducting research. Ensure that completed projects/materials are approved according to company processes and guidelines. Serve as backup and support to Manager, Communications and Change Management as needed. BA or BS or equivalent degree in business, marketing, communications, or related discipline 3+ years communications experience Exceptional writing skills, including copywriting and editing, for all marketing communications content formats 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel 1+ year financial services or related industry experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects with simultaneous timelines and hard deadlines Nice to have

Knowledge of broker dealer operations. Proven project management skills and ability to manage resources and stakeholders without direct authority. Excellent writing and copyediting skills. Compensation

The base annual salary range for this role is $45,000 to $75,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations. About Us
