Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of interactive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Translate UX wireframes and design mockups into high-quality, responsive, and performant front-end code.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to refine designs and ensure technical feasibility.
Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics data.
Build reusable code and libraries to support scalable product development.
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility and accessibility compliance (WCAG standards).
Mentor junior developers and contribute to establishing UX and UI development best practices.
Stay updated on the latest UX trends, front-end frameworks, and design tools to continuously improve product quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or related field.
5+ years of experience in UX/UI development or front-end engineering.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
Experience working with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git version control, and agile development environments.
Knowledge of performance optimization, usability testing, and A/B testing tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with TypeScript and CSS-in-JS frameworks (e.g., Styled Components, Emotion).
Understanding of design systems and component-based architecture.
Experience with motion design or animation libraries (Framer Motion, Lottie).
Previous experience in a product-focused or SaaS environment.
