$54,100.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr What you will do

Utilize 3D modeling, specifically Revit. Create families and fully utilize the live functions available in the platform to maintain intelligent designs. Create conceptual structural models based on verbal direction or rough sketches from engineers or other designers. Incorporate standard notes and details for use in the construction documents. Manage and incorporate electronic redlines from the Structural Engineer using established workflows. Take complete ownership of your portion of the structural scope, reliably working to meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements. Proactively advance workflows, systems, and tools within your discipline, including design automation skills; embrace emerging technologies. Focus on quality, ensuring conformance with established structural standards, project standards, and project delivery processes. Provide quality reviews of models and documents prepared by others to assure design and project standards are met. Actively support the maintenance of standards of practice and techniques for BIM/CAD. Work collaboratively in a team environment with other BIM/CAD Designers and Engineers. Experienced designers will delegate to junior designers when appropriate, and mentor junior designers by assisting with technical questions and concerns. What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of extensive Revit experience in the Structural field Experience in utilizing Revit Add-ins Reinforced concrete and steel detailing experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills United States Citizenship Ideally, you will have

Experience developing Dynamo scripts for Revit Experience importing structural analytical models (RAM SS, Risa-3D, ETABS) into Revit An Associate degree in Design, Drafting, or BIM technology Benefits and additional information

The base salary range for this position is $54,100.00 to $80,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked.
