Senior Conversation Interaction Designer, Extended Reality

Design and iterate on natural language flows for Extended Reality (XR) conversational interfaces. Develop and refine model behavior for Large Language Models to ensure AI responses are accurate, on-brand, and integrated smoothly into the conversational flow. Produce interaction flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes in tools like Figma across both audio and visual experiences. Guide User Experience Writing across the product portfolio and establish voice and tone guidelines to ensure a consistent, engaging, and high-quality language experience across all touchpoints. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to align on unified goals, advocate for user-centric conversational solutions, and balance technical and business requirements. Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor 0s degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design. 5 years of conversation design experience in product design or UX design. Experience designing voice, conversational, AI, or multi-modal interfaces for a range of user contexts. Include a portfolio, website, or other relevant link to your work in your resume (viewable link or access instructions). Preferred qualifications

Master's degree

in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in UX writing, content design, technical writing, editing, marketing, or related fields, and leading content strategy projects. Experience designing for products/services spanning multiple hardware platforms. Experience in design strategy and design thinking. Experience creating, implementing, defining, or working with design systems. Compensation and Location

The US base salary range for this full-time position is

$151,000-$222,000

plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and your specific range will be discussed with the recruiter during the hiring process.
