Your Mission In this key role, you will serve as an integral member of the Brand Marketing team supporting Pierre Fabre USA's hair care brands, Klorane and Ren Furterer. The Senior Manager will help drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across e‑retailers, e‑commerce and explore new in‑store retailer points of distribution. This position is ideal for a hands‑on marketer who brings a blend of strategic thinking, analytics, creativity, and executional excellence to a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and fast‑paced environment.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and execution of annual integrated omni‑channel marketing plans.

Lead the day‑to‑day implementation of marketing initiatives across retail, e‑retailer, and e‑commerce channels.

Manage P&L, budgets, timelines, and vendor partnerships to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and product launches.

Lead the strategy and partnership with Global Brand Marketing and International Business Unit resources to build and adhere to strategic growth plan and future development plan.

Support 360 campaigns and product launches, including positioning, market analysis, pricing, consumer testing, and launch planning.

Develop promotional campaigns, tools, and marketing materials to support ongoing business priorities.

Execute 360 integrated marketing programs (online and offline) that drive awareness, sales, and brand equity. Support Trade Marketing programs in partnership with Sales and Sales Operations to create annual promotional calendars.

Ensure brand activity remains culturally relevant and aligned with market and consumer trends.

Assist in budget management, financial reviews, and marketing expense tracking.

Analyze marketing performance, sales results, and promotional data to identify insights and opportunities.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Media, Influencer / PR, Merchandising, Education, Content, Sales, Data, Finance to ensure alignment and consistency.

Partner with internal insights and analytics teams to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.

Contribute to the development and optimization of brand websites, social media content, and eCommerce activations.

Participate in market research and consumer co‑creation initiatives to uncover new opportunities and strengthen brand relevance.

Maintain compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements for product marketing materials.

Lead presentations for the brand to internal teams in sales meetings and strategic discussions with leadership as well as represent the brand in partnership with sales for external vendors.

Education, Experience & Skills

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 7+ years of progressive marketing experience in the cosmetics, beauty, or consumer goods industry. Derm‑recommended or science‑driven brand experience is a plus.

Experience within the hair care category preferred but not required.

Trade Marketing / retailer experience preferred: Amazon, E‑Commerce / E‑retailers, Target, ULTA, CVS, Walgreens.

Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.

Collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally.

Proven analytical skills and comfort using data to guide decision‑making.

Comprehensive understanding of the U.S. retail and beauty marketing landscape.

Knowledge of U.S. marketing compliance and regulatory standards.

Work Environment / Physical Demands / Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This position is based in Secaucus, NJ, and offers a hybrid work arrangement with two remote days each week.

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment this is a largely sedentary role; however, it requires the ability to lift marketing materials, open product cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

The normal working hours of the office are from 8 : 30 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Travel ~10%

Compensation and Benefits Salary Range : $105,000 $135,000

This range represents the base annual full‑time salary for all positions within the applicable job grade. The actual salary offer will depend on a range of factors including experience, education, location, and other relevant qualifications. This position is also eligible for a Pierre Fabre bonus, commission, or incentive program in addition to the base pay.
