ARCO Design/Build, Inc. is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in strategic marketing and communications; construction/architecture/engineering or related industry experience is a major plus. Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional marketing strategies that align with regional and corporate objectives, upholding ARCO’s core values. Own the proposal process from inception to submission, including strategizing, document creation, resume management, and overseeing related activities. Organize and create capabilities packages, qualification statements, and presentation materials to support business development efforts. Conduct market research to understand regional trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes. Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing Team on content creation for the company website, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns, including content ideation and development. Coordinate with external vendors (promotional companies, photographers, videographers) to execute regional marketing campaigns and events aligned with branding objectives. Design and execute print and digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with regional leaders and the Corporate Marketing Team to ensure alignment with overall objectives. Maintain mailing lists in Salesforce, manage leads, and track campaign effectiveness and follow-up efforts. Manage company trade shows from registration to post-show follow-up to maximize lead generation and promote the ARCO brand. Collaborate with the Talent Marketing Specialist on regional recruitment initiatives, including college recruitment and full-time positions. Plan and execute client trips and other special events with the Marketing Specialist. Develop and manage the design of promotional items, including holiday gifts and client-facing items. Support press releases regarding company awards, new hires, and client events in coordination with the corporate marketing team. Secure placements and write People on the Move (POTM) pieces for new hires and promotions. Develop relationships with local media to promote company awareness and news, with additional support from the corporate marketing team as needed. Drive regional community engagement by organizing charity fundraisers and securing sponsorships. Collaborate with ARCO Marketing Team members and other ARCO entities as needed. Develop a deep understanding of the construction industry. Communicate effectively with leadership and present to executives. Manage or support 2–4 regional offices with 15–25% travel required. Qualifications

7+ years of marketing experience; construction or related industry experience is a major plus. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce, and Pardot or similar marketing automation software. Graphic design experience is ideal. Excellent written and strong verbal/presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-paced environment; proactive in anticipating business needs. Ability to work in the office full-time. Benefits and Company Values
