As a Creative Producer and Operations Specialist at Spring, you’ll help define and elevate TurboTax’s presence across our brand, advertising and experiential channels. You’ll serve as a pivotal function to the creative team, providing the ops and process structure to ensure business strategy is transformed to world class campaigns, experiences and product integrations. You are a natural communicator and collaborator — equally at home managing creative reviews, driving timelines, guiding cross-functional teams, and advocating for exceptional creative integrity. Responsibilities
Collaborative Powerhouse: Partner with marketing, product, finance, and more to ensure everyone’s working toward the same vision. You’ll be the glue that holds cross-functional initiatives together, keeping creative output and organizational objectives aligned.
Impactful Influence: Manage communication with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring creative projects and priorities are aligned and well cascaded throughout the organization
Vendor Connector: Oversee vendor relationships and external partners, negotiating contracts and managing scopes of work in partnership with Head of Operations
Champion of Creative Culture: You’ll help us stay inspired and connected while keeping things running smoothly.
Zeitgeist Pulse: You are integrated in culture and can help steer the team towards vendors, directors, partners that are of the moment and resonate with our brand and audiences
World Class Sensibility: You are a taste maker and help elevate the team to our goal of being the best in house agency in the world
Qualifications
Agency or in-house creative team experience with impactful case studies demonstrating End-to-End management of the creative process, positive business results, and how you led the team to success
Project management and resourcing wizardry with the ability to plan, execute and manage the End-to-End process of creative development through the use of the latest tools and technologies
Developing business acumen and uses business objectives and strategies to help prioritize and sequence work, maximizing impact while considering trade-offs, dependencies, and downstream
Data minded understanding the KPIs, channel and product signals that best impact creative development
Expertise in marketing channels and the unique deliverables, specs and media placements needed for integrated campaigns
Ability to thrive through ambiguity, remain nimble, and respond decisively in difficult situations with a clear point of view
Compensation and Benefits Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender to drive ongoing fair pay for employees. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area, California, CA: $177,500.00 - 240,500.00
Southern California, CA: $165,500.00 - 224,000.00
