Johnson & Johnson, is recruiting for a Director, Global Strategic Marketing, Dermatology & Rheumatology located in Horsham, PA. The role leads commercial strategy and execution for TREMFYA® in Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis and leads commercial pre-launch activities for icotrokinra in Psoriatic Arthritis. The position requires leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with R&D, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and regional partners, and ensuring alignment across regions. Responsibilities
The Director, Global Commercial Strategy, will be responsible for multiple activities including but not limited to: Lead a cross-functional team through key phases of the Marketing Excellence framework (market assessment, leverage point selection, positioning & messaging). Develop & refine Target Product Profiles (TPPs) in collaboration with Global Medical Affairs, Global Market Access and R&D. Partner with R&D and regional teams on multiple label-working groups (LWG). Act as the commercial representative on the cross-functional compound development team (CDT). Partner with Global Commercial Insights (GCI) to uncover actionable customer insights that will shape commercial strategies & execution for both in-market and pre-launch products. Coordinate with regional partners to develop and execute well-coordinated commercial strategies, tactics and messaging. Lead competitor evaluation & threat mitigation initiatives across the Psoriatic portfolio. Collaborate with Medical Affairs to ensure a high-impact scientific narrative, robust publication plans, and enduring/differentiating data generation. Liaise with Market Access in development of value propositions to support/bolster reimbursement and approvals globally. Collaborate with key cross-functional partners (Analytics, Finance, Competitive Intelligence, etc.) to develop differentiating value proposition and commercial forecast valuation models. Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Postgraduate qualification, such as PhD, MBA, or other graduate degree, is strongly preferred. A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required. A minimum of 5 years demonstrated in-line marketing, marketing insights, consulting, or sales management/training experience executing marketing strategy is required. Ability to manage multiple demands and priorities on time, lead teams, gain alignment, and drive decision making is required. Immunology experience is preferred. Senior brand responsibility, product launch experience with global teams, and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical development is preferred. Strong executive, verbal and written communication skills are required, along with demonstrated presentation skills.
