Humana’s Lifecycle Analytics team is focused on delivering insights that improve member engagement across the customer journey. As a Senior Associate, Marketing Lifecycle Analytics, you’ll help lead data initiatives that measure and optimize engagement strategies across channels and segments. Responsibilities

Lead analysis and reporting of engagement data across campaigns and channels. Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and strategy teams to optimize member experiences. Develop insights and recommendations to improve engagement outcomes. Document methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Support governance and compliance activities related to engagement data. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in engagement or lifecycle analytics or master’s degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field. Strong analytical and communication skills. 4+ years of experience with data visualization, modeling, and reporting tools. 3+ years of experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL). Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with customer journey analytics and segmentation. Exposure to healthcare or insurance marketing environments. Experience with campaign performance measurement. Work Arrangement

Remote position. Occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required. Schedule & Pay

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Pay Range: $117,600 - $161,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance. About Us
