social media

marketing
efforts. You’ll gain hands-on experience
designing
graphics
and
writing
content . This is a great opportunity for a student or emerging designer to grow skills in visual communication, marketing strategy, and brand storytelling within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, while contributing to a company that values innovation, teamwork, and heart.
What You’ll Do
Assist in designing social media graphics, email campaigns, and digital ads for HeartCentrix and Code Report. Write
marketing emails —including announcements, event invitations, and newsletters—with guidance from the marketing team. Create short-form videos and reels that highlight company culture, new hires, and events. Work with the marketing team to maintain consistent brand visuals and messaging across platforms and email campaigns. Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to create ready-to-use branded templates for their LinkedIn or email communications.
What We’re Looking For
A developing portfolio that shows creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of design principles (layout, color, and typography). Strong writing and proofreading skills with an eye for tone, clarity, and audience—especially in
short-form marketing copy and email messages. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or Adobe Express (training provided if needed). Interest in social media marketing, photography, and video content creation. A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment. Availability to work onsite regularly in our collaborative, social office setting (some remote flexibility, about 15–25% of the work week).
