The Field Marketing Support Coordinator provides support to the Field Marketing Team. They coordinate assets and requests for projects in the Support Center on behalf of the Field Marketing Team. This position plays an integral role in ensuring projects progress through all necessary Support Center functions accurately, efficiently, and on time. Responsibilities

Respond promptly to inquiries and requests from the Field Marketing team and Franchisees, providing guidance on using portals and locating resources effectively. Update, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of the Denny’s Marketplace for Field Marketing offerings. Ensure all field marketing assets are current, relevant, and aligned with brand guidelines. Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication across teams to ensure successful campaign delivery. Collaborate with the Creative team to develop field marketing collateral, ensuring its suitability for local markets. Coordinate the implementation of all assigned projects with key business partners across the organization, working closely with all functional areas to ensure field programs are set up successfully. Assist in planning Field Marketing initiatives, ensuring all aspects are appropriately coordinated and communicated. Generate ongoing reports to key performance metrics using various tools such as CRM, Xformity, Power BI and Business Intelligence platforms. Track and process invoices related to field marketing activities, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors. Consistently meet project deadlines. Other tasks as assigned. Education & Experience

Experience:

1-2 years of marketing or related experience Required Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to prioritize / solid time management. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights. Problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to changing requirements. Comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders and geographies. Highly autonomous, able to take ownership of tasks with minimal oversight. Detail-oriented with a knack for anticipating needs and solving problems. Must be able to communicate heavily through text, e-mail, instant messaging and video conferencing. Seniority level
