What You’ll Be Owning (Not Just Managing)

End-to-end paid strategy and execution across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms

Audience segmentation, retargeting funnels, and campaign architecture that speaks to every stage of the customer journey

Daily optimization of bids, budgets, creatives, and landing pages to maximize ROAS and minimize waste

A / B testing frameworks for copy, creative, targeting, and placements

Smart reporting that goes beyond surface-level metrics to actual insights

Budget forecasting and media planning in collaboration with the strategy and client teams

Collaborating with creatives to brief and refine high-performance ad content

Staying ahead of platform changes, trends, and algorithm shifts—then pivoting fast

You'll Need

Experience managing performance marketing campaigns across major platforms

Proven success driving revenue through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube

Deep knowledge of CAC, LTV, MER, AOV, CTR, and all the acronyms that actually matter

Hands‑on experience with ad platforms, attribution tools, and pixel / event setup

Strong copy instincts and the ability to diagnose creative fatigue before it happens

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools

A POV on media buying in an AI‑driven landscape—automations, scripts, tools, and tactics

Ability to communicate strategy clearly to both internal teams and clients

Bonus Points

Experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest, or Programmatic platforms

Comfort working with Shopify, WooCommerce, or headless commerce stacks

Knowledge of conversion rate optimization and landing page testing

You've scaled accounts from 5‑figure to 7‑figure spend

You're already using AI tools to build, automate, or analyze your campaigns
