We are a fast-growing Amazon e-commerce brand ( $4M+ revenue ) specializing in
BBS Wheels, license plate frames, windshield wipers, halogen headlight bulbs, and more . This is a
part-time, in-house position
based in
South El Monte, Los Angeles County, CA . With over
100+ active listings , we are expanding quickly and looking for a
talented, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer
to take our product visuals, packaging, and brand storytelling to the next level in a
fast-paced, high-output environment . You’ll be joining a
lean, high-performing team of 5 , where every member makes a
direct impact on revenue, Amazon Ads performance, and brand growth . If you love design, cars, and want to create visuals that directly influence sales and customer trust — this is the role for you. Why Join Us? · Shape the

Founder , a former licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) with a
B.S. degree from UC Berkeley
and an
M.S. degree from Stanford University , who transitioned from engineering (Arup, AECOM) to build a successful e-commerce business, and the
Amazon Ads Manager
on high-impact design projects. ·
Work on high-profile projects
with top automotive brands: we are an
official BBS Wheels dealer
(most wheels made in Japan), our
windshield wipers
come from a Taiwan manufacturer supplying
Michelin, Toyota, and Lexus , and our
halogen headlight bulbs
are from a Korean manufacturer supplying
Hyundai and Kia . Key Responsibilities
Design
high-converting Amazon product images, infographics, and A+ content . Create graphics for
Amazon Ads campaigns, social media, and marketing materials . Collaborate closely with the
Founder, Amazon Ads Manager, operations team, and external contractors
to ensure visuals meet
Amazon guidelines and brand standards . Continuously
test and optimize visuals
to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates (CVR). Maintain
brand consistency
across all products and marketing channels. Ensure all product visuals
comply with Amazon image requirements , accurately communicate the product, minimize customer confusion, and help reduce returns. Minor
video editing : trim, add text/captions/overlays to videos delivered by contractors. Photo editing : color correction, background removal, and optimization for Amazon listings. Manage
multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment , producing high-quality visuals with minimal supervision. Qualifications
3+ years of Automotive category experience , as our products involve extensive fitment variations and a car-enthusiast customer base. 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with e-commerce or Amazon sellers . Strong portfolio showcasing product design, packaging, lifestyle images, and branding projects. Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom) . Experience creating Amazon-focused visuals (A+ content, product images, storefronts). Keen attention to detail, strong sense of aesthetics, and ability to adapt design style to product/brand needs . Familiarity with
Amazon image and content compliance policies
preferred. Compensation Hourly wage range:
$30-$48/hour , depending on experience and portfolio strength. Minimum 20 hours/week. Potential to upgrade to full-time position based on performance.
