Key Responsibilities
Design Execution & Production: maintain organized, production-ready Figma files and uphold strong file hygiene; act as final design checkpoint for accessibility, responsiveness, and brand alignment; prepare and polish final design files for development handoff with pixel-perfect accuracy; partner with developers post-handoff to review builds and guide in-dev refinements.
Design Systems & Toolkit Mastery: serve as a go-to expert on design system and toolkit; implement and extend design system components, spacing, and visual patterns; collaborate with design system and engineering partners to maintain consistency across web and app; contribute to system documentation and education.
Visual Design & Collaboration: translate UX flows and product requirements into refined UI designs; create and iterate on high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specs in Figma.
Iteration & Improvement: respond to feedback with a refinement mindset; identify opportunities to streamline production processes and elevate design consistency; contribute to shared best practices and advocate for design system-driven efficiency.
Pay & Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on the job classification and length of employment.
