Our Blood Institute is looking for a
Communications Coordinator II
in Oklahoma City who will build upon the responsibilities of Communication Coordinator I with added ownership of complex communication projects and mentorship of Coordinator I team members. This role also supports fulfillment of print material requests, list creation for targeted outreach, and donor reward program functions, ensuring communications are accurate, timely, and optimized to achieve donor engagement goals. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or coursework in marketing, communications, data management, or related fields preferred. 2-4 years of experience in communication, marketing, or related fields. Experience with email, text, blast call, print, and push deployment systems. Ability to generate and refine lists using logical criteria to meet departmental needs. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proofreading and quality control skills. Problem-solving skills for donor reward system troubleshooting. Primary Responsibilities
Perform all duties of a Communication Coordinator I, including deployment of email, text, blast calls, print, and push notifications. Receive and process requests for promotional print materials and coordinate production with the Print Services department. Create and manage donor lists based on defined parameters to support departmental requests and targeted communication efforts. Assist with donor reward program functions, including point pushes, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues. Help manage complex communication projects and cross-departmental initiatives. Provide mentorship and guidance to Communication Coordinator I staff. Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines, compliance standards, and organizational objectives. Compensation note
