Join Humana’s Lifecycle Analytics team as an Associate, Lifecycle Marketing Analytics, where you’ll support data initiatives that inform care and coverage strategies. Your work will help improve member outcomes and optimize engagement across the lifecycle. Base pay range $89,000.00/yr - $121,400.00/yr Responsibilities
Assist in managing and analyzing data related to care and coverage communications. Support reporting and insights generation to inform strategy and performance. Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and clinical teams to align data efforts with member needs. Document data definitions and contribute to governance efforts. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field. Experience with structured data and reporting tools. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to collaborate across teams. Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, R, SQL). Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to healthcare data or care management analytics. Familiarity with lifecycle marketing and member engagement strategies. Experience with data visualization platforms. Work at Home Information
