$95,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities

Lead interior design projects through all phases, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and client expectations. Manage and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance. Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination using Deltek or similar project management systems. Ensure design excellence and technical accuracy across documentation, specifications, and construction administration. Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. 8–10 years of experience, including corporate office interiors and full project lifecycle. Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools like InDesign and Photoshop. Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills. Professional certification preferred; LEED GA required within 6 months of hire. Benefits & Culture
