Product Marketing Manager, Temperature Management - Remote. Base pay range: $183,301.00/yr - $224,034.00/yr. Responsibilities

Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for the temperature management portfolio. Managing the full lifecycle of the hardware portfolio, including product introductions, transitions, and end-of-life planning. Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer initiatives to inform portfolio decisions. Creating compelling sales tools, training materials, and customer-facing content to support field teams. Serving as the marketing lead in cross-functional portfolio teams, influencing decisions with data-driven insights. Position Details

Global Portfolio Marketing Manager – Bair Hugger Hardware Location: Remote – preferred location MN Travel: May include up to 25% (domestic/international) Relocation Assistance: May be authorized Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field AND 7 years of experience in portfolio or product marketing, preferably in medical devices or healthcare technology. OR High School Diploma/GED with 11 years of experience in portfolio or product marketing, preferably in medical devices or healthcare technology. 5 years of experience managing Class II durable medical devices. Consistent results delivered on AOP targets for both sales and profitability. Experience launching equipment portfolio in international healthcare markets. Additional Qualifications

MBA degree preferred. Proven success in hardware product marketing and lifecycle management. Familiarity with operating room environments and patient warming technologies. Experience with capital equipment marketing and sales enablement. Ability to translate technical features into customer-centric benefits. Additional Requirements
