Building customer relationships: Develop strong relationships by following up with customers, troubleshooting problems, and offering personalized solutions. Product knowledge: Answer questions and ensure that the customer makes a purchase that meets their needs. Provide feedback: Report sales and team statistics to the management team and implement ideas for improving business dealings and client satisfaction. Securing new accounts: Conduct outreach campaigns to effectively secure business relationships and trust in our brand. Ongoing training: Attend quarterly training and networking events locally and statewide. Qualifications
Outgoing personality with a positive attitude Unmatched communication skills (written and verbal) Demonstrated success in achieving quotas or targets Ability to commute daily to office location or retail sites Strong organizational and time management skills Those with experience in the following categories tend to do well in this role: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Retail, Athletics, Restaurant, Teamwork, Training, Campaigns, Leadership, Communication, Outreach, Advertising.
