Base pay range
$22.80/hr - $30.80/hr Responsibilities
Assisting marketing leaders by collecting, tracking, and reviewing key reports. Coordinating all aspects of monthly meetings and workshops, including scheduling, venue booking, travel arrangements, and preparing materials. Creating and distributing engaging monthly and quarterly bulletins and newsletters. Drafting professional and accurate correspondence. Supporting the recruitment process by placing ads, scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks, and communicating with candidates. Maintaining organized territory files, market plans, and follow-up systems. Serving as the first point of contact by answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing mail. Preparing activity and expense reports for the district management team. Guiding new marketing representatives through the licensing process. A high school diploma or GED. At least one year of administrative or telephone-based work experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office including strong skills with Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. A customer-focused mindset with strong decision-making skills. Superb organizational skills and a talent for building professional relationships. The ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion. Qualifications
