We are seeking a

Marketing Coordinator

to support the execution of our brand and marketing strategy across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and creative professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing initiatives align with our business objectives and strengthen our brand presence. Base pay range $16.00/hr - $18.00/hr Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing the company’s overall

brand and marketing strategy . Coordinate the creation and distribution of

marketing content , including social media posts, blogs, email campaigns, and digital advertisements. Manage the company’s presence across

LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter)

with consistent posting and community engagement. Develop, launch, and optimize

digital ad campaigns

on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms. Oversee

HubSpot CRM

functions including email templates, workflows, user management, and contact segmentation. Track, analyze, and report on

marketing performance metrics

to evaluate program success and identify areas for improvement. Conduct

market research , competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to support strategic planning. Maintain internal marketing tools, sales materials, and asset libraries to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Support the administration team with phone coverage, coordination of vehicle renewals, licenses, and insurance documentation, COI requests, mail and vendor requests. Qualifications

Associates degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or brand management. Proficiency with

HubSpot CRM ,

Google Ads ,

Facebook Business Manager ,

LinkedIn Ads , and

SEO best practices . Strong writing, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making. Why Join Us
