Job Description We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to support both our mission and our expansive growth. Specifically, the role serves as our in-house SEO and SEM expert. You’ll unite content and development practices to drive search engine rank, performance, traffic, engagement, and conversions for our portfolio of companies. You’ll work with our marketing team segments to drive organic site traffic and conversions that result in new customers. You’ll execute SEO content strategies, define best practices, create SEO guidelines, and conduct on- and off-page optimization. Responsibilities

Use critical thinking and understanding of SEO best practices to devise a monthly SEO strategy that will be executed by segment marketing teams. Continuously optimize existing website elements and structure, including on-page elements like title tags, meta descriptions, header elements, internal linking, and alt text. Work with Content Strategists to plan, create, and edit user-friendly content that utilizes keywords effectively and naturally. Paid Ad Campaign Development and Management: oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, pay-per-lead programs, and other platforms). Manage budget allocation, keyword selection, and ad creation to maximize ROI and meet conversion goals. Perform ongoing keyword research to inform writing and on-page optimization. Collaborate with internal teams to fix technical errors (e.g., broken links, missing or misapplied redirects) and monitor site health regularly. Provide analysis and recommendations aligned with SEO best practices for site structure, semantic markup, and content development. Implement link-building and local citation-building campaigns. Integrate organic search and social strategies to improve content discovery. Set up, monitor, and track results using analytics dashboards and social media tools. Perform SEO audits of content and websites quickly. Use data and analytics to support strategic and tactical initiatives and influence the product roadmap. Closely manage quarterly campaign budgets. Qualifications

4-6 years of experience. Proven track record of driving results (SERP rank, traffic, engagement, and conversions). Expertise in reporting and analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, MOZ, HubSpot, etc.). Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS environments; WordPress experience preferred. Clear communication skills in multiple forms (verbal, e-mail, PowerPoint, and in-person presentations). Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and related programming languages as they relate to SEO. Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and SEO best practices. Excellent time management skills. Ability to collaborate with a variety of team members across website management, analytics, content, design, and engineering. Additional Information
