Promotions Associate , you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless promotional campaigns that captivate audiences and generate measurable results. This on-site role offers hands-on exposure to every phase of campaign execution—from planning and logistics to performance analysis and vendor relations. Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute on-site promotional events, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project timelines. Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing collateral, including signage, samples, and giveaways. Liaise with vendors and suppliers to secure materials, negotiate costs, and track deliveries. Maintain the promotional calendar, schedule meetings, and update stakeholders on project milestones. Monitor campaign performance metrics and compile post-event reports to inform optimization efforts. Support budget tracking, expense reconciliation, and purchase order processing for promotions activities. Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, promotional marketing, or retail activations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail. Ability to work on-site full time in the United States and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Preferred

Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic layout principles. Experience using marketing automation or CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Prior exposure to budget management and vendor negotiation within a promotional context. Ability to travel occasionally to support regional events and trade shows.
