This is a part-time, hybrid position based in San Antonio, TX, for a Marketing & Outreach Specialist. The specialist will play a key role in expanding our clinic’s reach and building lasting partnerships within the healthcare community. Responsibilities
Conduct market research, identify qualified group homes, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities, and develop targeted outreach strategies to introduce our mental health services. Initiate contact with decision-makers, present partnership opportunities, and nurture long-term relationships that lead to service contracts and continued collaboration. Contribute to community engagement initiatives, representing the clinic at local events, fostering relationships with care facilities and referral partners, and enhancing the organization’s visibility and reputation across Texas. Collaborate with team members to support outreach goals and measure impact of partnerships. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or current student) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, confidently engaging with facility administrators, directors, and healthcare staff. Proven experience (or internship experience) in marketing, outreach, lead generation, or healthcare business development preferred. Familiarity with the healthcare, home health, or behavioral health industry is a plus. Ability to research, identify, and engage target organizations (group homes, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to track leads, manage follow-ups, and report progress consistently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.); experience using CRM or lead-tracking tools is an advantage. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Professional demeanor, integrity, and genuine passion for connecting people to quality mental health care. Must reside in San Antonio, TX, or be available for occasional local visits and community events (hybrid role). Details
