What we’re looking for
At least five years of experience managing marketing projects or cross-functional agency teams
Confident running multiple accounts at once without losing track of the details
Comfortable working within the firearms and defense industries and understanding the unique language, restrictions, and tone
Skilled in project management platforms like Monday.com.
Proven ability to build and maintain systems that help teams work better
Strong communicator who sets clear expectations and follows through
Independent mindset with leadership potential. You take initiative, rather than waiting for direction.
Why Forge
HQ is in Myrtle Beach. If you’re not local yet, we’ll help you get here
Remote work is possible for the right person, but in-person is preferred
This role is designed to grow into a senior leadership position, such as Director of Operations
You’ll help shape how Forge works, not just what gets delivered
Our culture values trust, accountability, and working with people who get things done without being micromanaged.
How to apply
Send us your resume and a short message about why you’re a fit. If you’ve built a system, process, or workflow that made life easier for your last team, we’d love to hear about it. We care about what you’ve done, but we also care how you think.
