$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr One of our clients is seeking a Paid Media Specialist
to lead digital advertising efforts across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and knows how to turn insights into action. Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms Set up and manage GA4 tracking, dashboards, and performance reporting Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve ROI and conversion rates Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for paid media initiatives Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to refine targeting strategies Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging tools Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in paid media or digital marketing Strong proficiency in GA4 setup, reporting, and troubleshooting Hands-on experience with paid platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) Familiarity with email marketing platforms and automation tools Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance metrics Bonus: Experience in B2B, manufacturing, or eCommerce environments Seniority level
