creative execution ? We're seeking a
Performance Digital Marketing Specialist
to be the operational backbone for our partner marketing initiatives and a hands-on manager for our core corporate paid channels. This is a critical support role that demands strong execution skills, attention to detail, and creative proficiency.
Responsibilities
Partnership Marketing Support : Provide
hands-on digital marketing support
for campaigns developed with our key corporate partners, including asset preparation, campaign setup, and tracking implementation.
Manage the collection, organization, and distribution of digital assets (e.g., logos, images, ad copy) required for partner-led campaigns.
Monitor co-branded campaign performance and assist the Partner Management team with data collection and preliminary reporting.
Ensure all partner-facing digital materials adhere to brand and compliance guidelines.
Corporate Performance Advertising :
Strategically plan, manage, and optimize our corporate
Google Ads
campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) to maximize ROI, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, or other defined corporate objectives.
Own and scale corporate
Google Shopping
campaigns, optimizing product feeds, bidding strategies, and campaign structure for profitability.
Execute and manage
Amazon Advertising
campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display), focusing on driving sales and improving brand visibility within the Amazon ecosystem.
Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad copy, keywords, and landing pages to improve channel performance.
Content & Creative Production :
Design and create high-quality digital graphics
(e.g., banner ads, social media visuals, landing page elements) using
Adobe Creative Cloud
(e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Express) to support all managed campaigns and partner initiatives.
Ensure all creative assets are properly formatted, on-brand, and compliant with platform-specific requirements.
Reporting & Analysis :
Prepare detailed performance reports on all corporate channels (Google Ads, Shopping, Amazon) and provide analytical insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
Assist the broader marketing team by pulling and structuring data from various ad platforms and analytics tools.
Qualifications
Required :
3+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale
Google Ads
accounts (Search & Shopping).
Experience executing campaigns in
Amazon Advertising
(Vendor or Seller Central).
Experience supporting and executing digital campaigns in a
team or partner-driven environment .
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Preferred :
Demonstrated ability to create professional, high-quality graphics and marketing assets using
Adobe Creative Cloud
products.
Certification in Google Ads and/or Amazon Advertising.
Experience with feed management tools.
