We are looking for a
Marketing Coordinator
with
commercial real estate experience
to join our growing team.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will play an important role in supporting the marketing efforts for our company. This individual will be responsible for creating and managing a wide range of marketing materials, including website, brochures, email campaigns, leasing signage, aerials, mapping, and social media content. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a passion for real estate marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Materials:
Design and produce high-quality brochures, flyers, and presentations for leasing and promotional purposes.
Website Management:
Oversee and update the company website and third-party listing sites with accurate content.
Email Campaigns:
Develop and execute email blasts to targeted audiences, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement.
Leasing Signage:
Coordinate the design and placement of leasing signs and property advertisements.
Aerials and Mapping:
Create accurate and visually appealing aerials and maps.
Social Media Management:
Plan, create, and post content on various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and exposure.
Market Research:
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the brokerage and management teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, preferred.
2+ years of experience in marketing/graphic design, preferably in commercial real estate or a related industry.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
Strong knowledge of website management tools (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace) and email marketing platforms.
Experience with social media platforms and analytics tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and communicate effectively.
Must be able to multi-task, stay organized, and complete projects timely.
Familiarity with aerial and mapping tools or software is a plus.
Pay based upon experience and qualifications.
This is a full-time in-person position in Clayton, MO.
