We partner with corporations, conferences, and communities across Texas to deliver unforgettable fitness, wellness, and connection-focused events. From pop-up yoga classes to large-scale community festivals, our work creates space for people to feel better, connect more deeply, and thrive together. The Role

We’re looking for a

Lead Designer & Brand Creative

who can both shape the vision and execute the work. This is a hands-on role where you’ll design across every medium, social, web, email, print, and live events, while steering the overall look and feel of the Swift Fit brand. You won’t be stepping into an existing design department; you

are

the design department. This is your opportunity to take full ownership of Swift Fit’s creative expression and elevate it far beyond templates, delivering original, intentional design that feels crafted for each platform and experience. This hybrid role requires at least three days per week at Swift HQ in Austin, along with select on-site event support (some mornings, evenings, or weekends). Key Responsibilities

Brand & Creative Ownership Define and evolve Swift Fit’s visual identity across all platforms and experiences. Build scalable brand systems, templates, and guidelines for consistency. Ensure every brand touchpoint, from social posts to event signage, feels cohesive and intentional. Hands-On Design Create original, high-impact design assets across digital and physical mediums (social-first graphics, landing pages, print collateral, event signage, merch). Collaborate with the social media team and external contractors to produce photo/video content that performs natively on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. Reimagine creative for each medium instead of simply resizing. Campaign & Content Development Partner with the marketing team to brainstorm and produce campaign creative, event branding, and partner activations. Manage vendor relationships for print, merch, and large-format design needs. Work closely with the Social Media Specialist and Marketing Manager to keep all content on-brand. Collaborate with event producers and partners to deliver polished, co-branded creative. Qualifications

4+ years of professional design experience (ideally in lifestyle, wellness, hospitality, or events). Strong portfolio showing work across digital, print, and experiential design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere/After Effects) and/or Figma. Experience designing platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram, and email. Strong eye for typography, layout, and building brand systems. Ability to balance big-picture creative vision with high-volume production needs. Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points

Photography and video editing skills. Motion graphics or animation experience. Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Squarespace, and GA4. A network within Austin’s wellness, fitness, or creative community. What Success Looks Like

Swift Fit develops a distinctive, cohesive visual identity that stands out in Austin’s wellness and events space. All creative, from social posts to live event signage, looks intentional, polished, and platform-native. Design systems make it easier for the entire team to produce on-brand content. Swift Fit becomes recognized not just for our events, but for our visual brand presence. Why Join Swift Fit?

This isn’t just another design job; it’s an opportunity to define the creative identity of a company that’s reshaping how people experience wellness and connection. You’ll have full creative ownership, the chance to build scalable systems, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in Austin’s thriving wellness and events scene. Seniorities and Employment
