The Company is seeking a

Customer Marketing Manager

with a strategic mindset and a passion for connecting brands with consumers. This role will be responsible for developing and executing customer-focused marketing strategies that increase product visibility, drive shopper demand, and strengthen brand performance across key retail and distribution channels. Candidate must live near site located in Hialeah, Miami. Key Responsibilities

Develop customer marketing strategies by brand and channel for the company’s product portfolio. Conduct competitive pricing research and provide actionable insights to ensure profitability by store format. Translate brand and category objectives into customer-specific plans aligned with shopper insights and buying behavior. Collaborate with the Sales team to tailor plans for each account, ensuring relevance and connection with each channel audience. Lead and execute promotional calendars, coordinating with Sales and field teams to ensure flawless implementation. Coordinate with suppliers and agencies to produce and deliver POS materials, samples, and promotional items. Analyze channel and customer data to prepare business reviews and sales presentations. Manage and optimize the customer marketing budget (trade spend, activation funds, POS investments), measuring ROI and reporting KPIs such as sales uplift and promotional effectiveness. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, recommending actions to drive growth. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, Power BI). Fully bilingual: English and Spanish. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Customer-centric mindset with strategic and results-oriented approach. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
