This is a remote role available in all states/cities within the United States. While specific cities are listed in the Locations section for reference, please note that they are examples only and do not limit your application. We invite candidates from any location to apply.
You Will Be Responsible For
Oversee the development of J&J Heart Recovery’s omni channel strategy in the US, including website content, social media channels and third-party sites, along with the measurement of these activities
Work collaboratively with product marketing to inform channel communication strategy and campaign development on an ongoing basis
Collaborate with internal teams to design omni-channel strategy and messaging campaigns that support sales, including creation of novel sales tools
Build a deep understanding of target markets, technology and healthcare trends, competitive dynamics, unmet needs, and regional factors
Establish performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate marketing campaigns, with data-driven optimization recommendations
Manage brand reputation research projects and refine strategies based on results
Review external-facing marketing content for brand consistency, voice and quality
Build and manage a roster of contractors and agencies to support content and branding needs
Identify new tools, skills and resources to improve brand reputation
Qualification/Requirements
Bachelor degree required, MBA preferred with at least 7-10 years’ experience in cardiovascular med tech marketing or agency experience
Proven track record in creative, campaign or brand roles within agency/med tech organizations
Expertise in developing and implementing product-specific campaigns in an omni-channel approach
Ability to source/select/manage outside vendor/agency relationships related to omni-channel communication
Ability to review editorial content in language that resonates with relevant physician audiences (interventional cardiology, surgery, heart failure, intensivist)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, in a team and independently
Embodies J&J Heart Recovery’s “Patients First” culture and collaborative mindset
Commitment to achieving goals and driving results with analytics and insights to inform marketing strategies
Experience interacting with cross-functional teams (legal, regulatory) in marketing collateral development and approvals
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills for diverse audiences
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Domestic travel up to >30%

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$120,000-$207,000
