Overview
Field Marketing Manager | Strategic Segment (US East & Central) is a GTM-driven, results-oriented role responsible for developing, leading, and executing strategic integrated marketing plans, programs, and account-based campaigns targeted at strategic accounts in the US East & Central regions. The role serves as the primary field marketing lead for the territory, driving alignment with sales and partners to impact pipeline generation, awareness, engagement, and account growth across new logos and existing customers. You will bridge global marketing initiatives with on-the-ground sales and partner efforts. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic integrated marketing and account-based plans aligned with regional sales priorities to build and generate pipeline through a holistic marketing GTM approach. Act as a strategic partner to regional sales leadership, building trusted relationships and serving as a trusted marketing and business advisor. Track, analyze, and report on marketing activities and pipeline performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Plan and manage regional activities including first-party and third-party events, industry conferences, tradeshows, webinars, executive roundtables, and workshops. Drive customized account-based marketing campaigns for key strategic accounts, leveraging data, insights, and buyer personas to deliver tailored engagement. Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, campaigns, and partner teams to define target accounts, buyer personas, messaging, and campaign activation. Recommend and influence the development of content to support integrated campaigns across all funnel stages, from awareness to conversion. Manage budget, ROI, and performance metrics for all regional marketing programs and campaigns. Success Factors
The key success measures and metrics for this role include: Pipeline Impact : Contribution of marketing campaigns to pipeline generation and acceleration, including qualified leads and opportunities generated and conversion to pipeline. Regional field Marketing KPIs : Event numbers, attendance, mix of customers vs. prospects, and quality of interactions at events. ROI for Marketing Activities : ROI tracking for campaigns and activities to ensure efficient use of resources. These metrics help evaluate the overall impact of marketing efforts on business growth and alignment with sales priorities. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA a plus. 8+ years of integrated B2B marketing experience, preferably in strategic accounts field marketing roles. Proven success in developing and executing field marketing campaigns, events, and regional demand generation efforts. Strategic, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze complex situations, identify opportunities, and recommend actions. Understanding of strategic accounts buying dynamics and behaviors in US East & Central. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to develop strategic marketing plans and tailor messaging to diverse audiences. Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines. Analytical mindset with the ability to pull, analyze, and interpret data and adjust tactics accordingly. Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and Tableau. Ability to travel regionally (15%–25%) as needed. Benefits and Compensation

Salary ranges reflect knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and location differences. Base salary range for US-based employees is provided as a reference (min–mid–max, USD):
