Duties and Responsibilities
Interacting by phone with customers to create brand awareness and attempt to schedule appointments for services.
Requesting information, making appointments, collecting information or conducting follow-up.
Communicating with private individuals or businesses by phone for various purposes.
Presenting a brief script to schedule appointments.
Describing products and services, responding to questions, and obtaining customer information.
Obtaining possible customer leads and conducting follow-up on first point of contact.
Entering data and maintaining a database of existing or potential customers.
Maintaining records of telephonic communications, interactions, accounts and status of potential clientele.
Ensuring that outbound calls do not disturb, annoy, or offend people listed on do-not-call lists.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience in a sales or phone-sales, cold-calling function.
Great communication skills and ability to work with others in close manner.
Good keyboard skills and professional telephone etiquette.
Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.
Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
Must be very comfortable on the phones, professional and articulate.
PrideStaff Hiring Requirements
Must have been successful in a similar type of environment and provide references to confirm.
Must be able to submit to a drug test and background check.
Must be able to provide two solid professional business references.
Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
