Summary OneStream is looking for a Senior Channel Marketing Manager to join our NA Strategic Alliances team. This role is responsible for extending the OneStream partner marketing activities by providing general marketing education, assistance in the development of campaigns, tracking MDF ROI, PRM tracking and reporting, and overall marketing guidance to the OneStream Alliance partner community.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Define metrics and KPIs to assess marketing success, activity, and channel levels to inform future strategy and tactics.
Utilize innovative, go-to-market tools and approaches leveraging the full capabilities of the OneStream Alliances team to maximize market reach, return on investment, and impact for the business.
Manage day-to-day relationships with partners and apply best practice marketing knowledge to identify, develop, and prioritize joint local marketing programs to grow revenue; create and execute strategic marketing plans to support joint events, messaging, positioning, and content creation.
Manage and track marketing development fund (MDF) ROI.
Collaborate and advise across departments (global and field marketing, sales mgt., design, and operations).
Serve as a strategic and innovative marketing visionary to mastermind the marketing efforts for our partners.
Establish objectives for Alliance video program and asset development.
Create and oversee Partner Welcome Kit.
Create lead generation campaigns.
Drive incentives for Partner Appreciation month and conference registration.
Required Education and Experience
2+ years in Channel Marketing roles.
1+ years in EPM/CPM industry.
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in a field such as Marketing, Business, Sales or relevant field or related field experience.
Marketing experience required; alliances preferred.
Excellent prioritization and organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Outstanding communication and analytical abilities.
Experience with InDesign and Adobe Suite.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Organized.
Possesses strong reasoning abilities.
Self-motivated and proactive.
Capable of independent thinking and exercising sound judgment.
Makes decisions based on careful consideration.
Able to evaluate advantages and disadvantages.

Travel Travel Requirement: Ability and willingness to travel 25%.
