Overview Join GrapevineAI as a Contract Copy Editor (Remote - US Based). We partner with fast-growing DTC brands to deliver creator content reaching millions of consumers. As we scale in the AI + creative space, we’re looking for a Copy Editor to refine AI-assisted drafts into polished, publication-ready content. Your role is to apply a sharp editorial eye to ensure accuracy, clarity, and tone, remove traces of an AI voice, fact-check outputs, and ensure content aligns with brand standards. You will publish finalized articles and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Occasional publishing tasks (such as scheduling organic content) may be required. Your role emphasizes reliability, communication, and attention to detail to meet a high standard of deliverables. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Refine AI-generated drafts for grammar, clarity, accuracy, and naturality Eliminate AI telltales to produce authentic, human-quality copy Fact-check and implement team feedback with speed and accuracy Publish finalized content according to brand guidelines Support occasional publishing tasks (e.g., content scheduling in Plannable) Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Success and Creative/Creator Strategy teams What You’ll Bring Content: Execution Expert – strong command of grammar, editing, and style 1-2 years of professional editing, publishing, or content management (preferred) Experience refining AI-generated drafts (preferred) Familiarity with publishing platforms and/or scheduling tools (Plannable a plus) Business Ownership: Attributes Reliable, deadline-oriented, and accountable Comfortable working in a fast-changing startup environment Efficient without sacrificing editorial quality Organization & Communication Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-through Clear, proactive communicator who can take and apply feedback Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, high-output environment Rate This is a contract 1099 role with a budget of $35 per hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr
