Multimedia Audio/Video and Desktop Support Specialist Duration: 6+ months with potential to extend up to 2 years Location: New York City, NY – 5 days onsite, 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday Job Responsibilities Provide multimedia audio/video support, including expertise with Cisco, Zoom, MS Teams, and various camera and audio systems (60–70% of the role). Deliver desktop support services such as imaging, configuring, and troubleshooting (30–40% of responsibilities). Experience with trade floors or Bloomberg systems is preferred. Deliver white‑glove service to senior executives, ensuring high‑quality support and professionalism. Manage large‑room meetings and conferences efficiently. Communicate effectively and collaborate as a team player. Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure and solve problems effectively. Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus.
