Overview The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform has thousands of students looking for online Adobe Illustrator tutors nationally. As a tutor on the Varsity Tutors Platform, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make a real impact on students’ learning journeys—all from the comfort of your home. Compensation and How You’re Paid Base contract rates start at $18/hour and increase for specialized subjects. You’ll earn incrementally higher pay for each session with the same student—potentially up to $40/hour. Get paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions you conduct and invoice. We handle the logistics—you just invoice for your tutoring sessions, and we take care of payments. Responsibilities Tutor remotely using Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform and deliver effective Adobe Illustrator instruction. Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like. Be matched with students whose learning needs align with your teaching style and expertise. Utilize available tools (e.g., Tutor Copilot) to enhance sessions and save prep time where applicable. Provide high-quality 1-on-1 online tutoring or on-demand tutoring as available. What We Look For Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style. Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and the ability to explain concepts clearly. Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Priority given to those with tutoring experience, teaching experience, and graduate-level education.
