We are looking for enthusiastic, growth-driven Directors and Assistant Directors who love yoga to join our company. Candidates must have a 200-hour RYT certificate and are required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin). Responsibilities Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends) Tracking studio budget Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs Processing payroll Oversee inventory Work 4-5 Front Desk shifts Lots of cleaning - all day every day Lead Teacher Trainings Lead and manage teachers and front desk staff Qualifications 200-hour RYT certificate required, and must teach scheduled classes (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin) Previous management experience is required Benefits Hot 8 Yoga pays 60% of Health, Dental and Vision insurance (up to $500) 2 weeks (10 days) PTO Free yoga, all day, every day 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule & Compensation Job Type: Full-time Hourly: $25 - $31 per hour 8 hour shift Holidays On call Weekend availability Supplemental Pay Types: Commission Pay Work Location: One location Note Submit cover letter and resume for consideration. #J-18808-Ljbffr
