Mantell Associates is proud to partner with a leading and rapidly growing Cell Therapy CDMO in their search for a Proposal Writer. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the Business Development and Technical teams by creating clear, compelling, and accurate proposals that reflect the company’s capabilities and solutions for prospective and existing clients. Proposal Writer - Responsibilities: Draft, develop, and manage proposals, quotes, and associated documents for cell therapy manufacturing services Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Technical Operations, Project Management, and Finance to gather inputs and align on scope, pricing, and timelines Ensure proposal content aligns with client expectations, internal capabilities, and regulatory requirements Maintain and update proposal templates, boilerplate language, and pricing models Manage timelines and deadlines to ensure timely proposal submissions Assist with responding to RFPs and RFIs in a clear and persuasive manner Participate in kickoff and strategy meetings for new proposal opportunities Track proposal metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management Proposal Writer - Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s or PhD advantageous) 2 years of experience in proposal writing, preferably within a CDMO, biotech, or pharmaceutical setting Strong understanding of cell therapy, gene therapy, or biologics manufacturing services Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); experience with CRM and proposal management tools is a plus Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Mantell Associates is a specialist Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences headhunting firm.
