Job Overview: As an Account Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our account management team to ensure the seamless execution of advertising campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate with clients, and contribute to the overall success of our projects. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met. Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and agency standards. Timeline Management: Coordinate project timelines and deadlines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on schedule. Collaboration: Work closely with creative, media, and other internal teams to facilitate smooth project workflows. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights to clients. Problem Resolution: Proactively address and resolve issues that may arise during the course of projects. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to contribute valuable insights. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Experience: Previous experience in account coordination, client services, or a related role is a plus. Familiarity with advertising and marketing principles is advantageous.
