Key Responsibilities: Note: This role is Onsite at Baltimore MD. No Relocation candidate will work on this one. Only local candidates required. Takes immediate actions to resolve technology service disruptions when they occur Evaluates and acts on the production readiness for technology solution implementations and application deployments Analyses performance trends and crafts action plans to address potential impacts prior to impacts occurring Mentors more junior members of the team Actively helps team members and makes suggestions to improve practices Possesses fundamental understanding of the tech industry and internal business units to enable navigation and understanding of impact Ensures incidents impacting technology availability are resolved within policy standards Examines and collects data for trending capacity utilization Maintains a high proficiency in code management to ensure procedures are aligned to best practices Identifies performance tuning opportunities that will produce improvements to processing or capacity Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skills; Video Teleconference Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience High level of proficiency in maintaining good customer relationships is required Knowledge of Cisco, Poly and AMX systems is preferred Experience working with video conferencing (VTC), AV control systems and digital signal processing (DSP) systems is highly desired. Experience working with collaboration technologies including, but not limited to Zoom, Teams and Webex. Possesses strong level of knowledge in own expertise while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of a subset of the broader technology portfolio Our client is a leading Asset Management Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
