Job Summary We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented, proactive Marketing & Influencer Coordinator to lead the execution, monitoring, and optimization of PRADCO Outdoor Brands’ paid influencer and partnership programs. This role is the heartbeat of each brand’s external voice, responsible for building strong relationships, ensuring deliverables are met, and constantly tracking performance to drive impact. You’ll also support broader marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness such as press releases, donations, recaps, and some event coordination.
Success in this role hinges on relentless follow-through, clear communication, and a passion for precision. You’ll be the go-to for making sure our paid partners are aligned, activated, and delivering results.
Brands include Summit Treestands, Code Blue Scents, Knight & Hale Game Calls, Ani-Logics Outdoors Deer Nutrition, Maxxtuff Farm, Whitetail Institute Food Plot Seed, and Texas Hunter Product Blinds and Feeders.
Job Responsibilities Paid Influencer & Partner Management Own the execution and fulfillment of influencer and paid partnership agreements
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners
Monitor daily content from influencers and customers to ensure brand alignment and maximize exposure
Track performance metrics, engagement, and ROI across all paid partnerships
Provide timely recaps, reporting, and insights to internal teams
Strategic Research & Trend Monitoring Research emerging influencer trends, non-traditional advertising channels, and partnership opportunities
Identify new voices and platforms that align with brand tone and audience
Stay ahead of industry shifts, such as regulations, to keep our influencer strategy fresh and competitive
Marketing Support & Brand Elevation Draft and distribute press releases that reinforce brand positioning
Assist with donation coordination and community engagement initiatives
Support event planning/logistics and promotional campaigns
Contribute to marketing recaps and performance reviews for internal and external stakeholders
Project Management & Communication Maintain detailed timelines, deliverables, and documentation across all influencer and partnership programs
Ensure constant follow-up and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging, visuals, and campaign goals
Job Requirements B.S. or B.A. in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience managing marketing projects with minimal oversight
Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite
Preferred Skills Strong understanding of marketing platforms and performance tracking
Background in hunting, fishing, or outdoor sporting goods industry highly preferred
Experience with market research and competitive analysis
