The Role

If you live on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and can spot the next trending creator quicker than anyone else, we’d love to have you join our team. We're seeking an Influencer Marketing Intern who is eager to jump right in and make a real impact.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Influencer Manager, as well as teams in Organic and Paid Social to bring influencer campaigns to life. From discovering emerging creators to keeping our campaigns organized and results-driven, this position is an excellent entry point into the world of influencer marketing with strong potential for growth into a full-time role.

What You’ll Do:

Talent Scouting & Acquisition

• Continuously explore TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to find creators that align with Adore Me, from engaging UGC partners to impactful paid acquisition stars.
• Identify trends and articulate their significance to our brand using both data (reach, engagement) and intuition.
• Create talent decks and rosters for both organic campaigns and paid ads.

Campaign Support

• Collaborate with organic and paid social teams to draft engaging briefs and ensure clarity in deliverables.
• Monitor deadlines, assets, and approvals across various campaigns.
• Assist in evaluating campaign performance with well-organized reporting and insights.

Organization & Systems

• Act as the organizational backbone of the team by creating useful trackers, archives, and systematic folders for all influencer-related information.
• Handle Marketing Orders (MOs), track shipments, and verify deliveries for timely execution.
• Maintain our influencer database to keep it clean, up-to-date, and ready for immediate access.

Events & Activations

• Assist in coordinating influencer activations, showroom pulls, and events to ensure smooth logistics and scheduling.
• Be actively involved during shoots and events, ensuring influencers have an outstanding experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of relevant internship or work experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or communications.
• A deep engagement with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, coupled with a knack for identifying rising creators.
• Outstanding organizational skills; you're proficient in spreadsheets, trackers, and systems.
• Exceptional communication abilities with confidence to interact with influencers and their teams.
• A collaborative and proactive attitude alongside a passion for fashion, digital culture, and the creator economy.
