Manufacturing Associate Global Life Science Hub We are looking for a Manufacturing Associate with a strong focus on media and buffer preparation to support the upstream biologics production team. This hands‑on role ideal for someone with a background in cell culture support, media formulation, or upstream bioprocessing. Responsibilities Prepare cell culture media and buffer solutions according to batch records and SOPs Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials following strict GMP guidelines Perform pH and conductivity adjustments, sterile filtration, and equipment sterilization Operate lab equipment such as autoclaves, pH meters, peristaltic pumps, and balances Support cleaning, setup, and breakdown of media preparation areas and equipment Maintain accurate documentation in batch records and logbooks Collaborate with upstream teams to ensure timely delivery of prepared solutions Assist with inventory management and raw material tracking Qualifications Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field 2+ years of experience in GMP manufacturing in biologics manufacturing Hands‑on experience in media/buffer preparation or upstream support is highly preferred Familiarity with GMP practices, aseptic techniques, and cleanroom environments Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Seniority level Associate Employment type Full‑time Job function Manufacturing Industries Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Biotechnology Research Raritan, NJ $57,445.00‑$75,396.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
