Job Title RAN Engineer Location Memphis, TN Duration Contract Work Authorization Only GC and US Citizens eligible Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled RAN Engineer with recent hands‑on experience supporting Nokia wireless systems. The selected candidate will work onsite with a Nokia customer in Memphis, TN, performing operations and maintenance activities, troubleshooting network issues, and supporting network upgrades. Key Responsibilities Perform first‑level troubleshooting for RAN anomalies across Nokia AirScale and FlexiZone platforms Escalate unresolved issues to Nokia Care and track to resolution Support migrations, upgrades, and change implementations on behalf of the customer Prepare and review Method of Procedures (MOPs) for planned activities Participate in ORT/ATP testing and report on activity results Generate and deliver KPI and incident reports as required Lead contractors and BSS engineers during installation, integration, and optimization activities Conduct feature testing and support product launches Maintain documentation of configurations, changes, and system updates Required Skills and Experience Minimum 3–5 years of RAN Operations & Maintenance experience Recent (within past 2 years) hands‑on Nokia experience required Strong proficiency with Nokia O&M tools and systems, including: BTS Element Manager (Web UI, BTS Site Manager, CLI) Nokia OSS/Mantra Applications: CM Operation Manager, CM Editor, Workflow Tool, Software Manager, Monitor Application Discovery Documentation Center (Nokia Docs Portal) Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities Excellent communication and client‑facing skills Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Contract Job Function Management Industries Technology, Information and Internet and Telecommunications Base Pay Range $40.00/hr – $45.00/hr #J-18808-Ljbffr
