Develop mobile features, strategize on big data applications, innovate in payments, or support cloud platform integrations depending on the team. Qualifications: Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role. Strong portfolio of design projects. Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture. Ability to communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers. Background in project management and research. Proficient in design software (e.g., UXPin, Balsamiq). Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Creative problem-solving skills for UX issues. Ability to define and evaluate interaction models. Experience creating personas through user research and data.
