Weare looking for askilled Middle Strong UI/UX Designer with 3+years ofexperience tojoin our team. You’ll create designs for top tech companies from Europe and the USA.

Must have 3+years ofcommercial experience inUI/UX design (not only freelance).
Experience with complex products (not just websites)— for example, products involving multi-level navigation, multi-role workflows, role-based permissions, data-heavy tables, and interactive charts.
Expert proficiency inFigma, including components, variants, variables, auto layout, and prototyping.
Experience indesigning with accessibility inmind, understanding ofWCAG 2.2— for example, SC1.4.1, SC, SC1.4.4, SC1.4.10, SC1.4.13.
Experience increating, documenting and managing design systems.
Astrong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and your impact onthe final results.
Experience inUXresearch, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping and validation.
Excellent sense ofvisual style, typography, color, composition, and overall aesthetics.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with developers toensure handoff and post-development design review.
Self-organized and able toprioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong soft skills and emotional intelligence for effective collaboration.
Strong communication skills with the ability topresent and articulate design decisions.
Responsibilities Gather and evaluate user requirements, based onclient comments and requests, ensuring they meet both user needs and business objectives.
Collaborate closely with business analysts, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders toidentify and solve UXproblems.
Create and maintain adesign system, including components, variables, and documentation, ensuring consistency across all products.
Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups inFigma, and iterate based onfeedback and usability studies.
Ensure designs are accessible, follow the WCAG 2.2.
Conduct UXresearch activities, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews, tomake informed design decisions.
Communicate design decisions effectively and confidently toboth internal and external stakeholders, present alternatives with rationale, capture decisions/impacts.
Estimate design effort and manage risks and assumptions throughout the project lifecycle.
