Title: Affiliate Development Associate Department: Baseball Operations - Video Status: Part-Time, Seasonal Pay Rate: $15.00- $17.00/hour Reports to: Coordinator, Minor League Video The Affiliate Development Associate will be assigned to one of our Minor League affiliated teams. The ideal candidate will be available to work January through October 2026. Capture and log all Minor League games at assigned affiliate. Assist coaching staff with daily tasks, including scouting reports, game planning, travel, and administrative needs. Compile video and data related projects and collaborate with other departments for scouting, player development, and baseball strategy. Operate additional technology in bullpen or batting cage sessions. Produce roster and lineup information for daily clubhouse use. Perform related duties as assigned on and off field. Basic Requirements/Qualifications: Coursework completed by January 2026, Candidate must be available for the entire duration of the season, February-October. Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills. Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel). Preferred Qualifications: High level of social awareness and the ability to exercise feel in the clubhouse environment. Ability to work and communicate in a team setting. Solid foundation of baseball knowledge and a curiosity to understand more in-depth baseball concepts.
