Job Overview/Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Writer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong background in life sciences, exceptional writing and analytical abilities, and the capacity to handle a broad range of medical content deliverables. You will be working independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, translating complex medical and scientific data into clear and engaging content. Responsibilities Develop and deliver high-quality, accurate, and compelling medical content across a variety of formats including symposia materials, publications, presentations, and educational content Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clients, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and internal scientific teams Participate in content strategy and curriculum development from conception to implementation Ensure materials comply with applicable regulatory and industry guidelines (ACCME, FDA, PhRMA, etc.) Lead client calls and small-scale projects Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to continuous improvement Primary Skills Strong background in medical and scientific writing Deep understanding or willingness to learn industry guidelines (ACCME, PhRMA, FDA, GPP, ICMJE, OIG) Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Secondary Skills (Good To Have) Experience with congress and symposia programming Familiarity with peer-reviewed publications, supplements, grand rounds, and speaker bureau content Leadership experience with clients and team collaboration Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (required); advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO, DPH) strongly preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical writing Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Experience in interpreting and communicating complex scientific data Benefits/Perks Competitive compensation package Flexible working environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Work with leading professionals in healthcare and scientific communication Equal Opportunity Statement Pulivarthi Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
