At Sameday AI , we’re redefining how home service businesses sell, schedule, and grow. Our AI sales agents answer calls, book jobs, and drive revenue automatically — and now we’re looking for a Growth Marketer who can scale that story to the world.
About the Role
You’ll be the engine behind our growth. You know how to make ads convert, audiences click, and campaigns scale. You’re comfortable in the weeds of Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok, and X — but you also think strategically about the funnel, creative, and data.
You’ll run experiments, test channels, and constantly look for new growth loops — not just more spend. If something works, you’ll scale it. If it doesn’t, you’ll kill it fast.
This role requires in-person work at our office in Lehi Utah.
Responsibilities
Work as the free safety to scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and X
Create, test, and optimize ad creative, landing pages, and funnel flows
Track and report on CAC, LTV, and payback period across campaigns
Identify growth hacks and non-traditional channels to drive qualified leads
Collaborate with design, product, and sales to align creative with outcomes
Manage budgets, A/B tests, and attribution models
Continuously refine audience targeting, offers, and creative strategy
What You Bring
3–7 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience
Deep expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
Strong understanding of attribution, analytics, and conversion optimization
Proven track record of scaling B2B or SaaS acquisition
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to move fast and experiment
Scrappy and resourceful — not afraid to test unorthodox growth ideas
Bonus Points
Experience in home services, SaaS, or vertical software
Experience with HubSpot, Webflow, or analytics stacks (GA4, Clay, Looker, etc.)
Copywriting or creative direction experience
Familiarity with viral loops, referral programs, or influencer integrations
This is not a “set the budget and walk away” role. We’re looking for someone who loves testing, building, and finding unfair advantages — someone obsessed with making the numbers move.
